Hot and sunny for many but some thundery rain in Sweden


Tuesday
Thundery showers affecting northern Spain again on Tuesday. Drier for much of the rest of Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. Fair in the central Mediterranean and hot here. Greece will be fine but then some showers will be forming. Turkey should be dry and very warm with plenty of sunshine.
Showers in western France, some of them heavy. Fair for most with sunny spells. A hot day in the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland. Lots of sunshine here and dry. Fair for Hungary and Austria but some afternoon thunderstorms may affect Switzerland.
A fair day for Denmark with good spells of sunshine. Fine throughout the Baltic States and feeling very warm. Fair too for Finland although an occasional shower may affect central Sweden. A further risk of some rain and thunderstorms in southern Norway.

Wednesday
Showers affecting the north of Spain and Portugal on Wednesday. Most of the countries will be dry with hot sunshine. Fine in the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Some showers over southern Italy and western Greece. Fine and hot for Turkey.
Hot through France with good spells of sunshine. Fine too in the Low Countries and staying hot. More fine and hot weather to come across Poland. Hungary. Austria and Switzerland will all be dry with more sunshine.
Fine in Denmark with good spells of sunshine. Rain, some of it heavy and thundery in Sweden. The Baltic States and Finland may have scattered showers whilst Norway should be dry and sunny.
