Windy west Europe with high winds and wet weather across Scandinavia

Saturday
Rain moving in to the far northwest of Spain and Portugal by the end of the day, otherwise dry and fine with plenty of sun. Dry and sunny too for the Balearics, much of Italy, though the odd shower cannot be ruled out across Sicily. One or two showers for the Greek islands while windy with some heavier rain across Turkey.
Some rain in the north of France, drier further south. A wet morning across the Low Countries but it should brighten up in the afternoon here though staying breezy. Rain moving in to north and west Germany with strengthening winds across the country. Largely dry across the Alpine region including the Balkans and much of eastern Europe.
Becoming wetter and windier across Sweden, Norway and Denmark with some patchy rain moving up across Finland too. Very windy here as well as through the Baltics where there will be some showery rain.

Sunday
Heavy rain for the far northwest region of Spain and Portugal with some showery rain further south. The odd shower across Ibiza but expected dry and sunny across the rest of the Balearics. Italy and Greece will also be dry and fine with plenty of sun. Outbreaks of rain across east Turkey, while the west stays dry.
Windy across France with some showery rain about, mostly in the far north. Windy too across the Low Countries and Austria but staying dry. Breezy through Germany with some variable cloud and the odd spot of rain in places but again most dry. Some showery rain across north and west Poland while a drier south. Coastal areas here will be windy. Dry and fine across the Balkan States.
A wet morning across southern regions of Norway and Sweden should clear in the afternoon though remaining windy here. Unsettled with strong winds further north as well as across Finland and the Baltic States. Breezy across Denmark but mostly dry with developing sunshine.
