Unsettled weather continues across Spain with heavy, thundery showers.
Thursday Some heavy showers in eastern Spain today. Other areas of Spain and Portugal staying dry with plenty of sunshine again. Heavy showers affecting the Balearics as well as parts of central and northern Italy. Greece and Turkey should be fine too with more sunshine here. Fair for western parts of France but some showers in the east. A fair day to come too in the Low Countries and Germany with dry weather and sunny spells. Poland will be dry with sunshine and feeling warm. Rain affects Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland and this will be heavy at times. Denmark should be dry with plenty of sunshine. Further sunshine in the Baltic States as well as Finland. Sweden should be mostly dry expect for a few showers around coasts. Rain and strong winds in southwest Norway with a few showers in the north. Fair in other areas.
Friday Showers turning heavy and widespread across Spain into parts of Portugal, though much of Portugal should stay largely dry. The Balearics also seeing developing thunderstorms. A few scattered showers across north and central Italy, though largely dry. Mostly dry and fine throughout Greece and Turkey. A fine day for much of France, though some developing showers will develop across southern and western areas, these locally heavy. Scattered showers in Austria and Switzerland but again most staying dry. A dry and fair day across the Low Countries, Germany, Poland, Czechia where it will also be very warm. Thunderstorms affecting Bulgaria and Romania. Dry, fine and warm for Denmark as well as the Baltics. Much of Sweden and Finland will be dry and fair. Norway sees some rain affecting western areas where the winds will become blustery, though most staying dry here.
