Dry and sunny southern Spain

Friday
Bands of rain or showers continue across Portugal and northern Spain, with a dry day across southern parts of Iberia. Bands of showers or rain track eastwards across France, much of Italy into southeastern Europe during the afternoon with some heavy for the Balkan states and Greece.
Showery rain in western Germany, and the Low Countries through much of the day. Bands of showers or rain push east through Switzerland, Austria and Slovakia during Friday, with heavy rain in southern Poland later. Showery in Denmark, plus some light rain or showers expected during the afternoon across Norway, Sweden, and Finland too. Mostly dry in northern Poland and the Baltic countries but staying cloudy and cool.

Saturday
Southern Spain and Portugal stay dry and sunny, but northern Iberia sees cloud and drizzly rain. Dry for the Balearics. Some showers for southern Italy, drier to the north. Wet across southeast Europe with thundery bursts for Greece and western Turkey.
Rain moves into western France and becomes increasingly heavy. Dry much of the dry for central France, but some showers toward the Alps and Germany. Scattered showers for the Low Countries and Denmark.
Some rain for Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. Rain for the Baltic region, into central Sweden and southern Finland. Largely dry for much of Norway and the far north of Scandinavia.
