Thundery showers in eastern Europe but dry, warm and sunny to the west


Sunday
Scattered thundery showers forming over southern and central Spain on Sunday. The balearics should be dry with good spells of sunshine. fair in Italy with more sunshine here. Heavy showers in Greece, some of them thundery. Further heavy and thundery showers in northern and western Turkey.
France should be fair with sunny spells here, although cloud increases in the west. It should be fair in the Low Countries with sunny spells. Showers affecting central Germany and these will be heavy and thundery in Ireland. Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland will have a scattering of showers but some sunny spells too.
Heavy showers and thunderstorms may affect Denmark with further heavy showers in the Baltic States. Finland should be dry with sunny spells and it should be dry in Sweden too. Some heavy showers affecting Norway.


Monday
Sunny and very warm in Iberia through Monday. The sunshine and warm weather extends into Corsica and Sardinia whilst some thundery showers may form over central Italy in the afternoon. Isolated thundery showers in Greece with more thundery showers affecting Turkey too.
A fair day in western parts of France with some good periods of sunshine here, although eastern areas tending to have a scattering of showers. Sunny spels and dry in the Low Countries with some heavy showers forming in southern Germany later. Scattered, heavy showers are likely oin western Poland but the east should be dry.
Mainly dry for Denmark although some cloud and rain in Norway and Sweden. The Baltic States should be dry overall with sunny spells and it should be staying dry through Finland too.
