Fine and hot central and southern Europe, rain and cooler to the north
A few showers, some of the thundery, for southeastern Spain on Tuesday but staying dry and fair across the rest of Iberia. The chance of showers continues for the Balearic Islands but Corsica and Sardinia should stay dry, bright and warm. Dry, bright and warm too for much of Italy with the chance of showers developing over northeastern areas. Greece and Turkey too should see another sunny and very warm day.
A mostly fair day for France though showery rain will affect northern and northwestern areas at times. Showery rain too affecting the Low Countries and much of Germany throughout the day. Rain more frequent for northern Germany. Scattered showers too affecting northern Poland, Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic at times.
A mix of cloudy skies, sunny spells and isolated showers for Denmark and the Baltic States on Tuesday. Outbreaks of thunderstorms affecting much of Norway, western Sweden and northern Finland. Drier and bright for eastern and southern Sweden and southern Finland.
Cloud and patchy rain affecting northwest Spain and the north of Portugal on Wednesday. Fair with plenty of sunshine in the east and south. Plenty of sunshine in Italy and Greece as well as through Turkey.
Cloud and some rain in northwest France but otherwise a fine day with plenty of hot sunshine. Cloud and some outbreaks of rain affecting the Low Countries, but very warm and sunny in Germany. Poland will be fine and dry too with lots of sunshine. Remaining dry and sunny in Switzerland, Hungary and Austria.
Sunny spells and dry for Denmark. Cloud and some showery rain in Sweden, but lots of sunny spells and a few showers in the Baltic States and Finland. Norway should be fine too, again with lots of sunshine here.
