A mostly dry and fair weekend for Europe, showers at times for the north
A fair day over most of Spain and Portugal. Dry in the central Mediterranean with more sunshine here. Greece is likely to be dry and sunny, although some showers in eastern Turkey whilst the west stays dry.
Some drizzle in the far northwest of France. The rest of the country will be dry with good spells of sunshine. Broken cloud in the Low Countries and Germany might thicken enough for a few spots of light rain to develop. Some patchy drizzle or rain in northern and eastern Poland. Dry in southern Poland and southern Germany as well as most of Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. >br>Fair in Denmark. Patchy rain passing east through the Baltic States and Finland, followed by sunny spells and scattered showers. Bright in Sweden, where it will be mostly dry with sunny spells. Wind, rain and snow showers affecting Norway.
A mostly dry and fair day for Portugal and Spain though cloud and showers will creep into southern areas through the afternoon. Some heavy showers could develop for Andalusia. A dry and mostly bright day elsewhere in the Mediterranean as high pressure brings settled conditions to the Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia, Italy, the Balkans, Greece and western Turkey.
Cloudy with a few spots of light rain first thing for northern France, the Low Countries, northern Germany and Poland. This should clear to leave a bright and dry afternoon across much of western and central Europe. >br>A showery and breezy day for Denmark on Sunday. Mostly dry for southern Finland and the Baltics with a mixture of good sunny spells and cloudy skies. A mostly bright day for Sweden with scattered showers developing in the south through the afternoon while western parts of Norway will see persistent rain and snow through the day.
