Heavy showers in western parts of Europe, but fair in the east

Sunday
Cloudier for a time across northern Spain with the odd spot of rain here, otherwise dry and fine. Dry with plenty of sun across the Balearics. Outbreaks of rain moving in to northern Italy. Cloudier skies further south though dry. Dry with sunny spells across Greece and Turkey.
An unsettled day across much of France with blustery winds and outbreaks of rain, heavy and thundery in places. Then turning cooler here across the northwest. Rain clearing Holland and Belgium later and turning colder yet brighter. Cloudy and largely wet through Germany, brightening up in the far north later. Heavy rain, sleet and snow over the resorts with blustery winds. Rain clearing much of Poland.
A dry, bright and chilly day for Denmark. Snow showers affect western Norway and southern Sweden. Drier elsewhere here. A mix of rain, sleet and possible snow acros the northern Baltics and southern Finland, otherwise dry.

Monday
Fine and sunny for much of Spain and Portugal today. A fair day too across the Balearics. Some heavy showers forming in Italy. These heavy showers extending to western Greece although it should be dry and bright in the east. Scattered showers in western and southern Turkey, otherwise dry with sunshine.
Fine for France with lots of sunshine although a little cool. Heavy showers in the Low Countries and northern Germany, some of them wintry. few showers in Poland, although some more persistent rain and sleet in the east. Scattered showers in eastern Hungary but fair in the west. Scattered showers for Austria and Switzerland.
Cold and showery in Denmark although some sunny spells. Fir for the Baltic States but some snow in Finland. Sleet and some snow in eastern Sweden but fair in the west. A fair day in Norway with sunny spells.
