Rain and showers in central Europe but fine in the Mediterranean


Saturday
Rain affecting the west of Portugal and northwest Spain today. Fair for the rest of Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. Fair in the Balearics and Italy with more sunshine here. Greece should be dry and sunny and it will be staying warm and dry in Turkey too.
Fair in western France with sunny spells but some showers in the east. Heavy showers affecting the Low Countries and Germany, these thundery at times. Poland should be dry and warm with good spells of sunshine. Hungary, Austria and Switzerland will have heavy and thundery showers.
Cloud and rain in Denmark and southern Norway. Fair with good spells of sunshine in Sweden and this fair weather affects the Baltic States and Finland too. Northern parts of Norway should be dry with more sunshine here.


Sunday
Fair in most of Portugal and Spain on Sunday. There will be more sunshine in the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Italy should be fair with more sunshine although some heavy showers affecting the far north. Greece is going to be dry with sunshine and it will be staying dry and sunny across Turkey too.
Fair in western and northern parts of France but some heavy showers in the east and south. The Low Countries have a few showers, but these heavy in western Germany. Showers too in western Poland but dry and fair in the east. Heavy showers and thunderstorms affecting Hungary, Austria and Switzerland.
Cloud and some spots of light rain in western Denmark but dry in the east. The Baltic States and Finland will be mostly dry, just a low risk of an afternoon shower. Scattered showers developing in Sweden whilst some cloud and rain affect southern Norway.
