Thundery showers in central Europe, fine in the Mediterranean


Tuesday
Expect showers across Portugal, northern Spain and across northern France, Belgium, Holland and the Alps. Mainly dry across England while showers are forecast across parts of Germany. Warm with sunny spells across southern Spain into southern France and through much of Italy, Greece and Turkey.
Outbreaks of heavy rain and showers are forecast across the Adriatic Region, Austria, Romania and much of the Balkans. Mainly fine and dry across Poland and the Baltic States today while frequent, heavy showers with thunderstorms affect Russia, Finland and The Ukraine. Expect a wet day across Norway with a few showers across Sweden.


Wednesday
Fair through southern Spain and Portugal today. There will be some heavy showers affecting the north of Spain. Fine in the Balearics and Italy with good spells of sunshine here and very warm too. Staying fine in Greece with more sunshine here. Fair for southern Turkey but some showers in the north.
Thundery showers developing over France, these heavy in central and southern areas. Scattered showers for the Low Countries but dry and sunny across much of Germany. Some cloud and a few spots of rain in the far east of Germany with some cloud and patchy rain in Poland too. Patchy rain for Hungary but sunny spells in Hungary with some showers in Switzerland.
Some broken cloud and showery rain in Denmark. Showers developing in the Baltic States, with some heavy showers to come in Finland. Sweden will have a mix of sunshine and showers, whilst Norway should be dry and sunny.
